Cat’s recently unveiled New Waterproof Cat B100 Super Tough Mobile. The movement of dust and waterproof phones continues with the latest announcement of Cat B100 ahead of the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.
Exactly like previous B15 model, the Cat B100 is also designed to withstand a 1.8 meter drop in up to one meter of water for 30 minutes. The phone also has the ability to work in temperatures ranging from -25C to 55C. Cat‘s most newfangled rugged addition comes with a 2.2-inch display with QVGA resolution.
The boasted phone is powered by a Media Tek 6276W processor, which supports 3G networks. There is also a 3 megapixel rear camera and you get 128 MB or 64 MB of internal memory that can be expanded via the micros card.
B100 is IP67 certified and packs a 1,150mAh battery that should last for about 10 hours on talk time. The device assesses 123 x 56 x 17.5 mm and weighs about 136 grams.
Cat B100 will go on sale in the European market, bulging from today and the tough device will be available in other markets later this quarter.
