Karachi (Friday 31 March 2023): The clean and Fresh currency notes as Eidi will be provided by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) announces. According to the new notification regarding Fresh, Eid Currency Notes 2023 from SBP will be given as fresh currency notes for this Eid ul Fitr 2023.
Eid ul Fiter Fresh currency notes 2023 will not be issued (SBP):
During Eid 2023 in Pakistan, you will have the pleasure of receiving new currency notes delivered right to your doorstep. The State Bank of Pakistan, in collaboration with the Pakistan Bank Association, will issue fresh currency notes for the people of Pakistan. To obtain these new notes, simply follow the instructions provided and send an SMS with your CNIC and branch code to 8877. Enjoy the convenience of using brand-new currency notes during this special occasion.
According to sources at the State Bank of Pakistan, the details of the strategy will be announced after the 15th of Ramadan.
Starting from the 15th of Ramadan 2023, an offer has been launched for fresh currency notes, which will be valid until the 28th of Ramadan 2023 (expected). To obtain these new and crispy currency notes, simply send an SMS to the code 8877 with your CNIC number and the ID number of your desired bank branch.
Once you send the SMS, you will receive a transaction code and the address of the bank branch where you can collect the new notes. Take advantage of this opportunity to acquire Pakistan’s new currency notes in their pristine condition.
How To Get Fresh Notes From Banks For Eid ul Fitr?
To get fresh currency notes, send an SMS with your CNIC number and the code number of your selected bank branch to 8877. Upon sending the SMS, you will receive a transaction number and the address of the bank branch via SMS on your mobile phone.
You can obtain one packet of 10, 20, and 50 notes each, and the availability of Rs.100 notes is subject to the availability of the notes at the bank. To receive the fresh notes, show the transaction code and your original CNIC to the selected bank branch and pay the required amount.
The State Bank of Pakistan has provided a list of 150 selected banks, along with their branch codes and addresses, on their website at http://sbp.org.pk/. This service is currently available at only 150 bank branches in 28 cities, and SMS charges are Rs.2 + tax. The SBP may extend this service to other cities in the future.
